East Winds Salcombe is a holiday cottage which oozes character. It has been a family home for over 60 years. The property is the perfect base to enjoy everything that the picturesque holiday town of Salcombe has to offer.  

Set in a quiet residential area, the cottage accommodates 6 in two double rooms and a twin, with a further bunk room suitable for two children should it be required. The property enjoys far reaching views to Dartmoor and the surrounding South Hams countryside. The bustling centre of Salcombe is less than a 10 minute stroll away and the Spar mini-market is just around the corner. At the end of the road is a well equipped children's playground and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Parking is on the street.

Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on either of the two terraces. Dining for upto 8 people at the rattan garden furniture, or on a picnic table for children on the second terrace. A secluded patio area at the bottom offers a quiet spot for coffee at the bistro table & two chairs or to unwind in the hammock. The outside shower is perfect for a rinse down after the beach and there is even a butler sink and marble work top to prepare your freshly caught fish for the table! The enclosed garden is perfect for children & dogs.
