The property enjoys far reaching views to Dartmoor and the surrounding South Hams countryside. The bustling centre of Salcombe is less than a 10 minute stroll away and the Spar mini-market is just around the corner. At the end of the road is a well equipped children's playground and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Parking is on the street.

Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on either of the two terraces. A secluded patio area at the bottom offers a quiet spot for coffee at the bistro table & two chairs or to unwind in the hammock. The outside shower is perfect for a rinse down after the beach and there is even a butler sink and marble work top to prepare your freshly caught fish for the table! The enclosed garden is perfect for children & dogs.
